On a scale of 1-10, How bad do you hate school?

8 I suppose.

All of my teachers except for one is boring and/or unfair, In fact my Science teacher is telling us how much Evolution and everything except Creationism is lies.. Ya a "Science Teacher"...

Im in high school 9th grade and i hate it......I have friends, but its just sooo grueling, and all of my friends are "b.s. friends" meaning they dont care about you and you are only hanging out with them because youre real friends go to a different school.

I probably hate it on a scale of "9"

which is wierd because if you asked me this question in 8th grade i would reply with a "1"

I'm in 9th grade as well, and I'd rate it the exact opposite (basically).

same case as you tc. i find it boring as hell, time consuming, and stressful. i have friends, but theyre more like acquaintances, people i talk to in classes or lucnch just so its not so boring. i rate it 9, only because its not as bad as freshman year when i got picked on in gym class. :(

actually i change that to a 7. after reading the poster above me, i realized that the only class i really hate is math. im actually good at math, but its just the most boring of all. and its the only class where i dont have any "friends" because everyone is a few years older than me. history i like because my teacher only teaches whats required and uses the rest of the time to discuss interesting stuff like the economy and corruption in the government. computer science i also like because its always relaxing in there (i like compters, and my teacher always leaves the lights off). german i like as well because the teacher lets us do whatever we want as long as were still learning the language. its just math i hate. :x

hah i used to get picked on in gym class in 9th grade too, but it stopped so drastically it was unbelievable.

Public School - 1

Middle School - 1

High School - 2 Only because I am going through a mid-mid life crisis

4 (High School)

i don't hate school that much. I just hate science class. Otherwise, the people are great, the homework is reasonable, the rules aren't BS, and pretty much everyone I know goes there.

The only really big problem there would be that the halls are way too crowded and lockers are placed in some of the most inconvenient locations.

5 (Middle School)

Again, science was a problem here. The days seemed longer and classes were divided pretty awkwardly which seperated a lot of people from their friends.

At least it's not as bad as elementary school and their pizza was excellent.

7 (Elementary)

Awful. The work wasn't that bad, but the staff members made things awful. There was only one good year there and that was in 6th grade when I got this really awesome teacher and all of my friends were in the same class.

Infinity , imagine going to the same school for 10 years ....plus having your real friends go to different schools and you still staying in this same hellhole , then loving someone which turns out its all just B.S ....then you register for a bus to take you to home and come to take you school in the morning , when you do get on it in the morning ...you'll be shocked because you found out your ex is there.

My high school was terrible, they mispronounced my name at graduation. While I don't wish to divulge my real name, just trust me, it is really easy to say. Also, while I had good teachers and friends, there were many off the wall policies that I couldn't comprehend. Now at college I like the way the university is run for the most part. I enjoy most of my classes and most aspects of life on campus.

my only motivation for going to school is to get into college and get a career. that and its the only place were i get to see the girl i like.
