I think I rate you a little higher than her since you left the keys in a place that she could find them.FragStainsyeah, that was pretty bad of him.

She was wrong to use your car, but you might be liable to pay for what she hit: you aided and abetted the event by leaving the keys where they could be found - you did not maintain control over your possession. Your insurance rate will skyrocket.
No, she's not the stupid one.. how'd she get keys? Okay, think about that for a second.. oh, you have a second pair that everyone knows where they are? Hmm.. I guess it really is your fault after all.
and are you still kicking her ass? if that happened to me my mom and dad probably would sent me to live with my grand parents because we would not be able to live in the same house because every time i got a chance i would be trying to attack her break her things until i felt my car was paid for or everytime she got some money i would take it and dare her to either get smart or act like she didn't want to give it to me
I wouldn't let my mom drive my car. I trust that she wouldn't get into an accident, but I don't want garbage all over the place when she's done with it.Alright, I have a few questions.
A. You told you mother that she couldn't drive your car? What kind of world are we living in?
B. Did you have insurance?

Now who is stupider, her for being a bad driver or you for buying a car you can't drive?snowman6251Trying to be careful and failing is poor driving. Making a conscious decision to completely take focus off the road is stupidity. She takes the cake.
This all could have been avoided if you kept he keys to the car with you at all times. But still, she shouldn't have taken the car to begin with.
an 11
i mean who drives to school only to realise they dont have a parking pass
how can one be that stupid
but yeah i think she should have to pay you back
Oh wow a woman who crashes a car. Go figure. Seriously I have yet to meet a girl or see another girl driving that is actually good at it.I probably cuss out and flick off 1-2 woman drivers a day just because they are jus tplain terrible at driving. Hey its not your sisters fault shes a woman. Killfox
Irony FTW.
You should have phoned the police and let them deal with your sister. Theft of your car, possible not insured to drive it and crashed it. POLICE.
You need to do this to teach a lesson because she will keep doing stuff like this if she gets away with it.
teddyrob
Yeah, because having her arrested and charged for auto theft to "teach her a lesson" is far more important than family bonds.

What? That all makes sense...Well over here we have ways of punishing this.. if she wasn't insured to drive your car she could face fines of up to £5000 ($8200) and possibly disqualification from driving. Being involved in an accident when uninsured is even worse, so she'd probably get a fine closer to the maximum £5000 and almost certainly be banned from driving.
LOL...Since she is your sister im going to give her some bonus points on the stupidity scale. id say 11/10 just to be fair. 2 points for crashing your car and 9 points just for bieng your sister.
Just kidding................
as far as paying for the damage on a 94 BMW...lol its going to cost you about 4 times what you paid for that hunk of junk, best of luck
I wouldn't let my mother drive my car. I suppose I must be a really bad son. It is funny how people on GS pretend to be family-loving saints for some bizarre reason. "She's your sister, forgive her". "Your mom can't drive your car? What kind of world do we live in?". I'm not going to joke, if my sister crashed my car after I specifically told her not to drive it she's paying for the damages. Sister or not, it was irresponsible of her and she should face the consequences. You told your mother she can't drive it? Great son you must be:roll:.

Yeah, i dont know why people care if i dont let my mom drive my car, she is notorious for speeding tickets and something is bound to happen, expecially when i get my new 300zx, which will go like none other AND TRUST ME from now on i am taking the keys with me And I bought a car before i got my license because, here in Regina, Canada, there are hardly any BMWs and thats what i wanted so i jumped on the first one i liked cause i knew another one wouldn't come up for a while and i got gyped on my license, apparently "i wasn't close enough to the curb while turning"You told your mother she can't drive it? Great son you must be:roll:.
