Opinions on this drawing OT

Be very frank

Prophet/Alcatraz looks small and the proportions of the alien are off. That being said, it's better than what I could do.

Edit: his forearm looks like it's bending because it's not aligned with his bicep/tricep. The arm holding the alien.

I rate it better-than-I-can-do out of 10.

I'm being completely frank as a semi-proffesional artist, that looks very good. But grabbing one of those uses all your suit power :o :P

Damn, that's good. I like the pose and how neat the lineart looks. The only thing that seems off, however, is the body, as it appears somewhat too small-ish. Other than that, it looks great. :)

I rate it an it-isn't-finished/10.

Also, why do these "rate my drawing" threads almost always consist of videogame/comic book characters, or some badass dude doing something badass like choking another dude? The subject matter of these threads is honestly getting a little bit cliche. I'd honestly like to see some original characters, maybe some really simple still life drawings like a flower or a skull or a pile of leaves. Just...something other than Random Badass A kicking Random Badass B's ass.

Having said that, the part that's done looks pretty good. Sort of "comic bookish" in that it looks sort of flat and there's not a whole lot of dimension to it, but that kind of style isn't inherently bad. If nothing else, I can say that the part which is finished looks pretty clean.

But honestly...it just doesn't look like it's finished. And I've gotta deduct more points for that than for anything else.
