OT- What kind of firearms do you have, and why did you choose them?

Remington 870 express 12 gauge ( skeet shooting and waterfowl). .22 rifle ( target shooting, tinkering, maybe some small game hunting in the future). Family and friends own a lot more guns than me. Thinking of buying a hand gun soon for target practice.

Glock 26, Springfield XD-40, Mossberg 500 Persuader,Chinese Type 53 Mosin Nagant and Chinese Type 56 SKS

Originally, I was going to get a Norinco Type 56, but with the AWB talk going on the prices are through the roof so I am probably going to get a Turkish or Yugoslavian 8mm Mauser next. Something hopefully that won't fall under any future regulations because its a Curio.

Fill out the forms, take your fingerprints, pass the background check and pay the tax, then sure, you can get one.

None right now, but I would like to get a Ruger 10/22 someday or a basic Henry Lever Action .22.  Maybe a side-by-side shotgun, too.
