I wondered what the qualifications were as well... I have had an account here since 2004 -though I had (literally) 2 posts before 2009 (looking back at my posting history)...But I was surprised I was nominated for best new comer TBH...actually, I was surprised to be nominated for anything more than biggest jackass :P
