If it was really the spirits choosing the letters and not the people, how come when the board was flipped around they kept landing on blank spaces. I doubt the spirits would be thrown off by a simple 180 degree turn. People might though...The burden is not on me to disprove that they work, it is yours to prove...

I think you misunderstand how the board is claimed to work, you havent done your resarch. The spirit or whatever dosent directly move the glass, thats a misconception.
