Out of all the users that claim to be women, how many do you think actually are?

In response to person disgust about people claiming to be girls when they are, in fact, 12 year old boys with high pitched voices, I wanted to know how many users do you think actually are who they claim to be?

I have no reason to doubt that many of the users here are who they say they are.

On this site? 1-5% of all users. On the whole interweb? 50-70% of all users

I do think about 50% of girls on "guy forums" (ie gamespot) either pretend to be guys, or just allow guys to assume there also guys.

I've pretended to be a girl, as someone else said, it's for the kicks.

I am always skeptical when someone seems to go out of their way to make sure that we know they are female... Usernames with a sex-specific prefix (i.e. MissUsername or LovelyLadyUser) are usually more of a red flag than anything positive for me.spazzx625

Most are... and you can usually tell when there fake. Because they usually have a theme running where they constantly say things like "OMGZZ liek im a girl and i liek gamezz look at my avy of me that i didn't rip off someones myspazz"

No, but seriously, I think the relative population of women on GS is low enough that all or pretty much all of the users who claim to be women actually are.

I don't understand it either..i treat everyone the same..i either like you or i dislike you...i will either be kind towards you or i will argue with you...gender is not a factor..especially on the Internet..

I think a MAjority of them are, most post pictures.

True, They could be off the internet but, I treat them like every other user so, No problem there :P
