I don't understand how people can get annoyed if they think the person is not the gender they
appear to be. It's not like any person that i have ever met is really concerned about the nature of reality.

It means..from my experiences they are perverted...to varying degrees...if given the chance they will look at nude women etc...

I was using the dress that she's wearing as an example..and i like that type of dress...and what do you mean by freaky..?
