Out of these five years, which one would you live in?
You would live in any place of your choice for that whole year. You would then be transported back to the present on the last day of the year (December 31st).
I'd live in 2155! Future FTW!:P

The first one. Back when my skills could be used to their full potential. (traveling merchant and/or store owner.)
One question: would we be transported back with all the knowledge currently in our heads? Like how Velcro and hybrids and computers work and the business models of giant conglomerates?
If so, I would be a god in 1925 ...
Nothing did. I just wanted to randomize it.What made you choose these particular years OP?
Radiatedrich91
While I wouldn't mind visiting the other years, 2155 is the one I'd choose to live in because I would miss technology. Commander-Gree
But, you see, my point is you can make technology.
If you want...:POne question: would we be transported back with all the knowledge currently in our heads? Like how Velcro and hybrids and computers work and the business models of giant conglomerates?

Well, Assassin's Creed takes place in 1191 AD during the Crusades. I hope that helps a little. :PI demand someone tell me what 1187 was like. Was their a war going on? How much development would they have? Would i go back to the castle times?

Come back to the past. Being a traveling merchant is hard but its easy to start. Simple steps. 1. steal people money and possessions. 2. buy a cart and sell possessions. 3. buy food and everything you would need on a trip. 4. but more stuff and go sell them. 5. repeat. :DArgh, I suck at decisions. The future would be interesting, but so would the past. >.>

1187. I would then proceed to show them the wonders of modern technology and that I am a god. My next step would be to prohecy my return in 1987 in America (which I would also discover) then when I get back cross my fingers and hope I'm king.
I'm sorry for being stupid but was jesus alive during that time?Assuming that I could be assured of health and survival: 1187, so that I could witness the Battle of Hattin and the Seige of Jerusalem first hand. And also to experience mideval Jerusalem and experience it under both Crusader and Muslim control.

That could backfire on you in a big way if they end up thinking you're the Antichrist.

Also from history you could be mistaken for a devil, a witch, satan, the list goes on and on and on.Come back to the past. Being a traveling merchant is hard but its easy to start. Already know how it was in the past so future would be cool cause no "expert" can tell you what it will be like in the future. Also 1187 was the dark ages! Why the hell would you want to go there?atony12Simpler times.
[QUOTE="Iantheone"]Year 0 was when he was born. He died in like 32 or something =/smc91352I thought he was born in 4 BC.
Generally estimates vary from between around 5 BC to 5 AD. There's no way of knowing exactly (assuming that he even existed in the first place).

Also from history you could be mistaken for a devil, a witch, satan, the list goes on and on and on. hmmm ur right. I'd be better off only showing a few clear thinking individuals. I would collect some of the most powerful individuals and teach them the secrets. They would then operate in society keeping these closely guarded secrets and manipulating historical events through their power so that it ultimately will be geared towards my return as the head of the new world order.[QUOTE="Radiatedrich91"]

Good God man, why?
1925... roaring 20's man. Jazz music and real dancing.
edit:jazz music aka real talent and not computer mastered sound.
I would go for 1683. I am not interested in seeing the future, and while 1925 would be absolutely sweet to see, the opportunity to go further back would be even more tempting. However, being a woman, I think 1683 would be the safest option (though I would choose any of the first 3) since there was enough of an emergence of science by that point to mean that I might not be burned as a witch right away.
