I don't see what the point of saying anything bu the truth would be. If you want to lie to family and friends, fine, but what's the point of lying to doctors? They're not going to tell anyone who doesn't need to know.

I never got the point of lying about that anyways. If I were into that, I wouldn't mind at all if people attending my funeral knew I died that way. I find it more akward when you get a bunch of weird stories that conflict each other and everyone's left wondering. I knew someone who was in a really strict religious family that died from some sort of asphyxiation, but there were like five different stories about how it actually happened floating about. It just made it seem really weird and, to me, makes people even more imaginitive and curious as to how it actually happened. Anyways, erotic autoasphyxiation would be my guess. It was either that or sucide, and the kid didn't seem very depressed.
