Paranormal activity movie

Did anyone else see the movie? Just finished watching it with some friends.

I found it pretty creepy overall, not really any jump scares but just a creepy atmosphere overall for the movie.

I didn't think it was scary but I thought it was somewhat suspenseful. Overall it wasn't what I expected but I still thought it was pretty good.

I kept on waiting for a screamer :?

I watched it for a second time last may with a couple of friends at 2AM, never laughed so hard at a movie that's not supposed to be that funny.

Imagine you just found a huge fat wallet, you can feel the dozens of dollar inside it, you run home to open it, and it turns out to be fileld with post-its full of insulting comments.

Thats how the movie felt.

The first one wasn't scary at all. All they did was stay in the room. There was only like, one scary part in the end, the rest was so boring. How did it do well? I have no idea. The couple was so stupid as well, and I didn't care if they died.the_foreign_guy

Good film, one of the creepiest I've ever seen. The original theatrical ending (the one shown at the festival) is far better than the one that got the wide/DVD release. It makes way more sense, and tones down a lot of the "supernatural" nature of it. Definitely recommended from me, definitely shows Hollywood how a "horror" film needs to be made.

What's up with all these PA threads? There's been like 5 in two days. Search button is your friend.....anyways, great great movie. Loved it. I have a feeling the sequel will suck balls though, like Blair Witch 2.
