My mother installed safe eyes program onto this computer (dont laugh, its mainly for my younger siblings but some stuff gets filtered for me to, but i dont really care about that)

youtube.com was blocked by default, so i went to my administrator (my mom lol) and asked her to unblock it, and she did because we are both youtube users and i even post my own videos from time to time.

when she first did this, it unblocked half of youtube, so the pictures wouldnt load and only half of the videos would actually, work. the rest would just be an eternal loading circle, with a "retrieving information from www.websitedenied.com" on the bottom of my browser.

I went to the programs website to see what they had to say, and it said it needed a seperate override of *.youtube.com because of the sites structure ( i guess videos get hosted at different webplaces idk.)

this worked great for a while, and i had youtube again and i was happy, but lately around 90% of the videos wont load. its really irritating me, and I cant think of a solution.

do you guys know any other address that could be overrided to fix this? any help is appreciated.

Try adding the following sites to your allowed sites list:

*.googlevideo.com

*.ytimg.com

This is the suggestion I got from customer support for the same problem, and it worked for me.

I don't know for sure, but proxy sites might work. They redirect you to a website through another, I think.

Install a keylogger into your computer. Then ask your mom to some administrative task that requires entering the password. Get the password and there ya go.

I have a nice little proxy thingy that has managed to get around absolutely everything my school has thrown at it. I think it's called UltraSurf, you should check it out.
