My brother works with the government (not the pentagon specifically), and has done some digging. The money isn't lost. it's being spent. He found something that would indicate that they are using the money to fund a project. Basically, the project is a chip that would be implanted into peoples' hand or forehead that would allow them to buy things without having a credit card. Secretly though, it's meant to keep track of everyone. That's pretty much all he knows now. Spread the word.Rukaru
