I have part in my heart that hates all those chains that say, please send this to your friends because X company is going to pay us 1$ for every text you send. I mean c'mon!

Obviously sometimes one word texts are needed, like asking someone the time of an event or something along those lines.

But if your trying to have a conversation through texting then hell yeah its annoying. However, you should take the hint that the person either doesn't want to talk to you or is too busy for you.

If a girl hits me with the one word texts then i don't respond. I have no idea why girls lead you on like that, if I don't want to talk to someone I'll make both of our lives' easier and not respond in the first place.

Texting in a way kind of correlates with real life:

"Hey, whats up?"

"Nothing"

"Cool, what are you up to?"

"Hanging out"

im the opposite. it annoys the ****ing **** out of me when somebody is expecting to me to text them back a novel. its a text. it revolves around extremely brief exchanges of information. if they want a conversation then they should just call me and actually have a conversation rather than a bastardization of language and humanity like "zomg i just argud with my bff and sm and now i so sad. ;( "
