People who abuse animals and post vids of it online?

So i've been seeing this video of 3 Asian girls stomping on  this puppy and killed it . i mean it makes me angry cause i can't do anything about it. But can't they go to jail for this ? if so are those bastards in jail? i think people like that should be tortured and killed.

I can' t stand animal abusing either. The offenders need to face some kind of penalty.

They should be fined for cruelty towards animals or even jail for couple of days :P

Torture is cruel and unusual. I agree they should be punished. I would incarcerate them and forbid them from ever having pets in their lives if I had control of their presiding legal system. BranKetra

They should be jailed for at least a few months. It's inexcusable and can often reveal underlying signs of future violence towards humans.

It depends where the video was made and the governing laws of that country or state and if the people can even be identified

Oh man, I've just watched the video and it's horrible! I really could punch those girls in the face and knock them out hard. Wish I was there.

I am legitimately curious what is it that causes you to hold human life in higher regard?  I'm not implying that it's a bad thing, but I just want to hear the reasoning.

I also feel it is very possible to hold the lives of certain species of animals in high regard and be upset when they are literally or figuratively trampled upon while still being concerned about the affairs of other humans.  The ideas are not mutually exclusive.

If someone can trace them to a state that has something like NY's Buster's Law, they are beyond f***ed.

Any type of torture or cruelty of that sort requires a punishment. The people who do this tend to be sociopaths or simply disensitized. It's morally wrong to make beings suffer and I agree that some sort of action must be taken against all those who choose to make innocent life suffer be it human or animal.

It's just discusting but don't confuse some of those videos with videos of people killing animals for food including dogs. And some of the ways of killing them may not be the easy way like they do on modern farms.
