Hunters usually eat what they kill, it's not just for mindless fun. I'd agree with you if you were talking about bull fighting for example.

You're confusing things. There's nothing wrong in killing an animal to eat it, that's how life works. What is wrong IMO is to torture an animal, regardless if you'll kill it and eat it in the end. Hence why I'm against bullfighting. I live in a country where bullfighting is "culture", by the way.

And before some idiot comes here and says that some animals also kill for fun, we supposedly have a much more advanced intelect, we shouldn't be doing that sort of stuff. Some animals also eat their own feaces, we don't do that (I hope).

I donate to animal charities more than I do to human charities. 

They should be fined for cruelty towards animals or even jail for couple of days :P

I'm okay with hunting as long as the animal doesn't suffer and if it's not an endangered species. Even if the hunters don't eat the hunted animal, the carcass is still put to use by way of becoming fertilizer for the earth or food for scavengers. Unfortunately there do exist hunters (mainly rich CEOs) who hunt endangered species like black rhinos and cheetahs for fun. Those people are scum for ruining it for the others. Whoever said that you should only hunt with your bare hands or with a knife is the biggest idiot I've ever seen or some kind of super being able to instantly kill an animal with the most rudimentary means.

I don't think hunters somehow helps the cycle of nature by hunting and not eating it. What they did is bad enough in itself regardless of if they turn out as serial killers.charlesdarwin55
