stats are fun to play with, it turns out Young people binge drink more and have lower self esteem. i think my generality is generally more applicable than the generality made in the OP

I was walking to my apartment last night, and these group of people started getting close to my ear and yelling like a monkey. In fact, this really didn't bother me.. but it got me to realize that people who drink seem to be kind of insecure.. I notice most confdent people don't drink, but may rip green sometimes. I do feel a bit secure being drunk, makes me not care about anything.

I have friends who consume high amounts of alcohol almost on a daily basis, and they're not insecure... at all.

i think a lot of people are skipping over the "high amounts" aspect of the title. Tc never claimed that drinkers are insecure, only the ones that drink heavily. We don't know what exactly he means by heavy drinking, but I think I have a rough idea of what he means. Rich3232
