I don't think there's much difference between the folks who are offended awfully easy, and those people who get upset that there are folks who are offended awfully easy.
Then how do you know? In my experience in dealing with the easily offended, they need coddling to keep them happy. Seems to me that the weak need coddling, and that oversensitivity and insecurity are "weak".

Sometimes it has to do with self-esteem and insecurity, but not always. I'm usually not friends with those kinds of people because they freak at a joke and always think everything is an insult. It pisses me off. On another note, GameSpot seems to be pretty easily offended as well.

I see no reason to believe that. No, I wasn't speaking from personal experience, but I don't think I can generalise ALL these people. How do I know? How do you know that every single one is like this?
