People who play music through speakers in a public enviroment: Annoying?

So there's these two asshats near me on their laptop like me, but they're playing some awful music videos and such through the speakers. I want to strike both of them

They've played Soulja Boy, Cry me a river, and a few others I'm glad I don't know the title to. Just awful.

Just as I'm typing this they got some eminem or something playing. I would leave, butthere's no where else to go (no outlets to charge my battery)

What do you think of people like this who play there music at relatively high volumes in a public environment (I'm at college)

Its not as annoying as people with music samples as their ringtones on their cellphones. They all have terrible quality and it is always as loud as possible. Of course it also goes off during a test, which is a joy to hear. Damn you ringtones, *shakes fist at sky*

I love the people who have music on their phones and they have the volume all they way up, not only do they realize the song is crap but they turn it up so loud the song is all distorted because their cheap speaker can't handle itandyboiii

Wahhhh that happened to me!!! XD .... it was "Hail Mary" by Tupac, haha. Not only was I late, I forgot to silence my phone and everyone heard "Revenge is like the sweetest joy next to gettin p*ssy*" out of the silence :(

But yea...I hate it when people play their speakers really loud in public. EIther cause I'm trying to concentrate on something, or cause I've got my own music playing already! ANd I don't want to hear their trash!! THere's a guy at work who sits across me somewhere, and he blasts some gay sounding hallmark card-like music. ARRGH. Even with those big headphones on (the ones that cover the whole ear) I can still hear him, and I really don't want to need to turn up my own music to insane volumes when it's right next to my ear, you know? :T
