Performance estimate site?

I've seen a site before where you would choose a processor, graphics card, etc. and a game and it would tell you what settings you would expect to be able to run that game at. Does anybody know where I can find a site like that?

http://www.yougamers.com does, you can select a game it will analyze your system and compare it to the system requirements.

Both of those sites look at the hardware of the computer you're using. I need one where you can choose the hardware.

I don't know about the rest but for graphics cards (http://www.notebookcheck.net/Comparison-of-Grafic-Cards.130.0.html) this is useful for getting a rough idea of performance.
