Pervert tapes girls changing and gets busted.

This is kind of an interesting story.

Some moron who goes to a school near me i think he's like 17 is going to get charged (criminally) because he actually

1. Unscrewed ventilation shaft cover.
2. Climbed in and went around in them
3. Taped on his cell-phone girls changing in the locker room.
4. uploaded it online.
5. Looked at his video DURING THE SCHOOL DAY and got busted by a teacher who walked by.

stupid for countless reasons. now he is in trouble with the 5-0. at first i wondered why he would look at them online at school, but then kind of took into account he apparently has ZERO common sense to tape the girls in the first place.

so has anyone else heard of anything else like this, and secondly, what the hell is the earth coming to?
