It is just Roger Waters... performing The Dark Side of the Moon and other stuff. David Gilmour is out on his own doing his solo stuff. Pink Floyd only got back together during Live 8.foxhound_fox

Yeah, I knew about the Waters tour. I saw their appallingly short Live 8 performance on TV too. I figured if they'd actually toured I'd have heard about it.
