I'm fine with them. As long as you stick to the ToU you don;t get moderated... That said, there have been times when mods unfamiliar with OT have come in and not quite understood how OT does things... but either way, the mods are on the whole good.
I like the moderators. They usually do a good job of enforcing the ToU, and even though I have felt like I've gotten a few wrongful moderations, I can understand how it would be offensive. Also, the current batch of mods actually have personalities, so that's always a plus.
The moderators do a good job at enforcing the ToU, I think the ToU is too strict in some regards, but I can't blame the moderators for that. If you're careful about what you post you shouldn't end up with many moderations.
sometimes they're ok but they lock too many topics before they've got started, i don't see the problem with a hot girl thread as long as they're propperly clothed it should be fine IMO. They should ban less and give warnings so people can avoid going too far and getting modded. They should be given the power to move threads too not just locking them when they're in the wrong board.
Like with most thing, it varies from moderator to moderator. Some of them are a little too strict, but I'm actually friends with a good portion of them.

doing a great job, lots of users lots of stuff to take care off like bugs etc and yeh thereare rules to make it easy for everyone, and should rmb they dont get paid for this job ,so they're spose to be a good ppl

The thing is, mods post in a variety of boards. Just like regular users. :P
I've just had a very bad experience with the mods. Two days ago I pm'd a guy after he was bashing a certain console for like the third time that day. I basically said to stop being a fanboy as nothing good comes out of it. Then earlier today I get a warning with a point loss for trolling and sole intent to offend another user. Are you kidding me?I'm the one trolling? Give me a break. I had an experience like this last year as well.
I'm not saying there all bad but there obviously are a few who are pretty damn stupid.
Edit: Someone just reset the poll and now it happens to be a good bit more towards the positive side. Hmm.

Certain sites have good ones, but the ones here are generally terrible. I guess it's the TOS's fault, but they definitely are what I'd consider to be idiots, for the most part.

Wow. This is like a mod hunting ground... Except all the prey is jumping up and down screaming, with targets plastered all over their persons.
I've been unfairly modded before. A moderator thought I was breaking a rule, but didn't look closely enough that I was dileberately NOT breaking a rule by changing something. For example a topic said don't do spoilers, but I wanted to still talk about it, so my topic clearly said no spoilers allowed. I was modded and banned for a day... I think this was a bad descision by a person who saw an opportunity to temp-ban someone.
Example i tried to get the mods to mod this guy who posted what would you like to see in the next 5 years. He said for America and everyone in it to crumble i reported him they didn't do anything to him. I asked the mods and they said we didn't find that bad enough.
