Poll: What school stereotype do you hate the most?

What school stereotype do you hate the most? Now I know most of you are probably going to say emo or prep, but for me it's actually a different stereotype that I hate the most. Now I will explain.

In this one college history class I took, there was this substitute teacher who ended up subbing for the entire semester except for one or two classes since the regular teacher got really sick. She was one of those teachers who used to go to a military academy and as a result acted like a total b***h to everybody in the class, mostly me, but she yelled at the entire class(really loudly too. You could probably hear it all the way at the opposite end of the college she was such a big, stupid, loudmouth, b***h.)

Well there was this one kid I never saw her yell at, even though she would yell at the rest of the class(yeah, she was a b***h, I know). Anyway this kid was always nice to her, even though it was obvious what a total b***h she was(seriously, she made absolutely no attempt to hide it). He would always compliment her and say nice things to her *barf*, and be nice to her. As a result, she would never yell at him, and was always nice to him(I think she even gave him better grades, even though he probably wasn't the smartest kid in the classroom.). One time, she said she was going to take me down to the police station for a breathalizer test after she caught me drinking beer in the classroom. After the rest of the class managed to stop her from reaching me before I could escape to my house, that one little suck-up kid was actually trying to help her up(she was yelling at the class this whole time too, saying she was going to give them all Fs. :roll:). He was the only one trying to help her up too.

Anyway, what school stereotype do you hate the most? And also, don't you hate kids like the one I just described. It also angers me that most teachers are okay with this, and in fact don't do anything to stop it, even though it is wrong for kids to do this, and teachers shouldn't play favorites. Who agrees with me?

I would have to say that geeks, especially the really hardcore type, annoy me... plus when they're openly obsessed with video games, they drag down the popularity/mainstream appeal of our favorite source of entertainment.Funkyhamster

Kids who hate preps without a good reason. Its seriously dumb as heck. Just because we like to wear good clothes, get good grades, and not party, doesn't make us stuck up.holdenlowe

I basically hate the kids who believe they are superior because of the groups they are in. Just becuase someone isn't int he gangster or prep clique, those whoa re feel they are superior beings becuase thy have popularitry, and everyoen else is jsut scum.

I also hate the vast majority of kids who believe that people with handicaps are not as human as they are and aren't capable of achieving anything. I (whois half blind) get this treatment, along with many with mental disabilities and many others with physical and other forms of metnal disability..it's complete BS,a nd it is a stereotype that should be burned and forgotten.

But the stereotype I hate most is the g@ngsta/(censor bypassing is a no-no) stereotype. They piss me off beyond belief and sadly, most black people I meet fit this stereotype.Choga

Well African-American is not a race, its just black people in America (I refuse to go along with political correctness). So obviously the black people in Africa aren't like that.

I forgot to mention the posh spoilt rich kids who believe they are better than you because they go to aprivate school and there parents earn more than my own. They believe they own the place and try to push you around, too many times i have told them to go **** themselves which always ends in them calling there parents and il end up getting in a fight with them.rassclart

No you see, that person is what I call "smart". I do dislike these people to a certain extent, but hey, if it means smooth sailing for them, then it is their decision. Personally, I would never be a brown nose. But the stereotype I hate most is the g@ngsta/w1gger (censored) stereotype. They piss me off beyond belief and sadly, most black people I meet fit this stereotype. Another stereotype I dislike is the prep stereotype, because as someone else pointed out before, they are so fake.Choga

You have no idea how much I agree with you on that one. The worst part is, there are very few black people in my area, so it's a bunch of white 16 year olds who do drugs and alcohol, steal cars, bring weapons to school, and wear clothes that are 10 sizes to big for them, which altogether makes them think they're cooler and better than everyone else

those types of kids can be a rarity around here. It seems that every kid that ahs money flashes it around and snubs you if you don't make as much money as their parents. This town is cruel anyways.

A-****ing-greed. I'm sick of those silent kids in class who have nothing to contribute, until someone mentions a videogame and they try to start into a huge conversation about his favorite videogame and other crap. One time I was talking with this girl at my desk, and she mentions Halo at one point and all of a sudden this kid who rarely talks is like "man halo is so fun, whats your favorite map? i love going on zanzibar and playing custom game modes and...." ect. and you could tell she's trying to get him to shut up as politely as possible.
