I personally go for Caesar. Just to clear things up, Vinaigrette is the same thing as Italian dressing, and Blue Cheese is sometimes spelled Bleu :)

I'm not big on salad but I do like a steak salad every once in a while and I always order Tomato Vinaigrette dressing for it.
I would never eat a salad unless it was a "salad" consisting of meats, potato, and cheeses on a bed of lettuce that I could just ignore.
Ranch is the king of salad dressing. Bleu Cheese is a close second. What's a vinagrette?

Vinaigrette = Italian

Not exactly. A vinaigrette is any vinegar and oil based dressing, including (but not limited to) Italian.
