I was play fighting with my dad once and he told me to hit him as hard as I could. Not only did I almost break my wrist, but he felt nothing, and he whacked me back not even half-cocked and I was on the ground for about ten minutes. Although, I think my dad will always be able to kick my ass. He used to be a powerlifter and boxed in the navy. So...yeah.

I doubt I'd "kick his ass", but I think I could beat him in a fight.

I doubt it, he used to easily bench 250lbs while weighing just 156lbs himself, then add to that 20 years of working as a handyman and he has a damn serious guns.

From age 17 to his mid thirties him and his friends were pretty obsessed with it, then he moved here to Canada and it kind of vanished, that's when he started as a handyman.

No freaking way. My dad knows Muay Thai and he's an ex-cop from HK. He'll tear me to pieces, even though I have taken karate for about 2 years.

Same here, I can't wait until I reach a bench press of 300. Congraz to your old man tho.

My dad's 65, had a kidney transplant, and has diabetes and very poor vision. I still imagine he could give me a beating I'd never forget though. I think that notion mostly revolves around the fact that he was a marine for quite some time. :P

Whatwas his bench press in his prime?

supergoat777

I don't really know, he could do 250 ten times pretty easily, so his absolute max was probably close to 300 I'd guess.

I don't see how being a former marine will make that much of a difference when it comes to fighting.

When you see the type of man he is and things he still remembers from the Marine Corps(breaking my neck) also the weight difference we got on each other(he is like 210,I weigh 170) Then you will understand.

Your joking right? Anyone in the Army or Marine Corp specially if they held a combat role knows how to fight in hand to hand very very well.

My dad's a beast. I have no doubt he'd crush me, as he's got about a 60lb advantage. :P
