both bridges are next to eachother, about a mile and a half apart, connecting Kennewick to Pasco, and then Pasco to Richland (hence the name Tri Cities)

The Gardens might be more well known, but it's impossible to get a single picture that captures them.
edit - I took the picture myself, so I can explain why the harbour is mysteriously devoid of people. Basically, it's supper time, and it's bloody cold, so everyone in their right mind is indoors. I was already warmed by beer, so I could venture out.
I hate this place, but it's really well known in Utah ...:|
