At that point I was benching around 340 and squatting 550. I've had a shoulder injury which put me down and I haven't squat in ages, I've been doing leg press and stuff, but it's not the same. My bench currently is around 310.
And I rep curl 60's. Haven't really maxed on curls recently.
Not really worrying about maxes right now. I'm working on losing weight currently and building back up my strength. I've lost quite a bit of weight since that picture too, not as much fatness. lol
Here's me now, although I have a shirt on. :P
