Well, I can't post pics but it's a tie between Coheed & Cambria, At the Drive-In, Protest the Hero, and The Sound of Animals Fighting.
I can't choose just one.

Well, it is my fault-I had my physics exam at 7PM yesterday, then, when I got back, I felt terrible about it, so I went on a gaming binge until 6 AM with Fallout 2 :P

Yeah, but TC said it also counts if they were dominant in the 00's. With an album like Kid A coming out in 2000, I'd say that should keep them covered for the next 20 years. :) Plus I threw in AnCo as the band band to form in the 00's. Cause that's a fact. ;)
The only band formed in the last 9 years that I really like is Company of Thieves:
Althought Muse did really hit its peak in the last decade so them to.

The Decemberists, Mastodon, and Peste Noire, but only because they've put new albums out this year. http://www.last.fm/user/Shad4kEDIT: now that the TC has put in fancy "rules" in the thread, ill go with these serious fellows:Blotted Science? Fantastic, I love Ron Jarzombek's work. :)

Sunn O))) is great as well, very difficult to get into though. I like 'em for background/when I'm not paying attention music. :lol:Another favorite (recently become one) has to be Sunn O))).

I'll go with Behold...the Arctopus.
The Fall's latest line-up, which is practically a new band. I'm not even sure if this picture is current. Mark E. Smith probably fired half of the band again, already.

Wolfmother. They're really the only band I like from the 00's, but since they're so damn good, it doesn't matter. Shame about the break up though. :(
They didn't break, two of them were fired and replaced! Haha, I guess I was told wrong then. Do you know why they were fired?[QUOTE="Neon-Tiger"]They didn't break, two of them were fired and replaced! Haha, I guess I was told wrong then. Do you know why they were fired? "Irreconcilable differences" they said... All I know is that the band has 4 members now, and the vocalist/guitarist is the only original member. Lets see how this turns out.[QUOTE="LZ71"]

The singer is great, but the drummer was my favorite part of Wolfmother. I just hope the new guy is just as good.Altan Urag
