The white triangle stands for equality. The blue standsfor truth peace,and justice. The red stands for valor and patriotism.

The 3 small stars represent the 3 primaryisland divisions: Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. And the 8 rays of the sun represent thefirst 8 provinces that sought independence from Spain.

Worst: I dont really have a worst flag since I like to believe every design has its own meaning for the country. I could be wrong but I like to believe so...(Libya)

just to fill you in the UK flag which is the british iflag is used by NF National Front and BNP British National Party. this is our equilvent of the KKK well kinda in england they use this flag because its "british" pride and the saying goes with it

their aint no Black in the union jack so send those...... back

atm we are trying to reclaim this flag from the far right because some people use it who are not racist but just want to show british pride some are afraid to use it incase they are called racist

The Union Jack is made up of the flags from the countries in the UK.

But in the simple terms it's St Andrews Flag (Scotland) + St George (England) = Great Britain Flag

then Great Britain Flag + St Patricks Flag (Ireland) = Union Jack

I don't think Wales has a spot on it though...

The flag is called the union flag it should only be referred to as the union jack

when flying from the jackstaff of a royal navy ship. Wales isn't represented on

the flag because its a principality and not a kingdom like the other three countries.
