I actually have Roxas (the guy on the wallpaper) walking as a wallpaper. I use Dreamscene which emulates the .dream of Vista Ultimate for Vista Premium/Basic users. Link here for those who want it. It's intergrated into windows, just rightclick on the desktop and click Personalize. You can use any WMV file and the video plays and loops, and pauses when you full screen anything.
