take a picture of your screen by pushing "prnt Scrn" button.. then save this image (as jpeg) and uploaded to a host image site (photobucket.com, imageshack or even here in GS) then just posted as any other image... :P

np... nice one... btw: imageshack is better imo, photobucket get full too fast and have bandwith issues..
