Probably a bit amateurish, but I thought it looked good at the time (back when I was into photoshopping and whatnot).
I actually did my make-up like that by myself though! :D

I switched it to gray scale, adjusted the levels until there was just black and white and no gray, and then switched it back to RGB mode and colored it myself using the autoselect tool and the paint bucket.rragnaar

Well I dont have GIMP or PS, but there are pretty easy-to-use image editors available for use on-line, which is what I utilized for above image.
