Ok detailed:

1) Create a photobucket/imageshack account (google either of the two sites and sign up).

After your account is up and running through the site upload a picture from your computer. It will take a few seconds usually.

Then press to see your image full size. Then right click on it and press "View Image". Then after your pic is done loading in white background, copy the url from the address bar on the top of your browser.

2) Press "New Message" here on GS. Then (if you have the text editor on) press the little button with the green tree. In the box that appears enter the url you copied just minutes ago in the first field.

If the text editor isnt on, then type this:
