Haha yup. I am lead product developer, so I have to look at least some what presentable. It always is interesting meeting customers that I've done work for after months of working with them over email/phone and seeing their reaction. They probably think I'm like 16 or something.

No worries there. I eat about 6k calories a day and still can't put on any weight. Just need to find a way to put on muscle faster. It's almost as though I'm getting stronger without the bulk. not even sure that's possible.

It's almost as though I'm getting stronger without the bulk. not even sure that's possible.

Very much so.
There are several 'smaller' guys (skinny) at my gym that are plenty strong
I don't really understand it either (same as how QB's are not that strong but have cannons for arms)

Best advice is to eat 6 times a day with LOTS of protein in each meal
-ground turkey meat has a ton
-also, peanut butter would be good for you

I really couldnt cIassify skinny men as better than muscled guys especially on the reason that they are skinny.

Sure there are some handsome skinny guys though. Just not the ones that look like 12 year-olds. :D :P
