Turisas, Alestorm, Equilibrium, Eluveite are a few I enjoy... though I'm not sure if they would be considered power metal probably more folk / symphonic metal.

I freaking love those guys. Have been listening to them for a few days straight now. Just a word of advice - DO NOT watch their music videos. You'll be extremely disappointed by how lame they actually look (as opposed to how awesome they sound).

Also, while not exactly power metal, check out Apocalyptica. They have a really unique sound, you might like it.

Helloween is (IMO) tue ultimate Power Metal band, they are so damn good, if you liked Stratovarius, you are going to love Helloween (at least that was my case, liked Strato a lot, but Helloween was in a whole different level).

I will probably get a little hate here, but i don't like the new Dark Moor, i prefer the old Dark Moor with the amazing Eliza C. Martin, in that time they made one of my all time favorite Power Metal Albums.

There are the good old Helloween (Listen to them until The Dark Ride, afterwards it's just banal stuff). Besides, if you're a Rhapsody fan, you need to call them Rhapsody not Rhapsody of Fire. Damn copyright.

Rabbit's Don't Come Easy and The Legacy were pretty meh, but i liked Gambling with the Devil, it had so much energy from beginning to end, haven't heard 7 Sinners, only a song, but i think it was good, gonna have to listen the whole album.

Tyranny of Steel, Megatropolis, Atlantis Falling are some good song by Iron Savior. They also did covers of Running Free by Iron Maiden and Phantoms of Death by Helloween that I really like.

Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Dio. You can't go wrong with the classics.
