Power trip

If a deal was presented to you where you could have anything and everything you could ever want, every material possession, every desire fulfilled, every curiosity known, all the powers imagineable but at the end of a year you would have your individuality taken from you and would have to share your body with another entity, lose all control, and take the backseat as a simple observer from within you body, would you do it?

Nope. I rather continue my love for a girl longer then a year.

Not right now. The deal gets better as you age, though. I mean, let's say you're 80 and you're going to croak any day now. After the year of bliss, you're 81, and by the time you have the con-side of the deal, you're going to die soon anyway. If you're in your 20's, this deal doesn't sound very good... But I'd do it if I only lost control for a year (and I'd hope that whoever was controlling me wasn't completely reckless).

No way it would be far to frustrating to witness someone else in control of my body. Imagine the person controling you doing things the opposite way you would and you can't do a thing about it meanwhile the people you know don't understand your sudden change.

Use your powers to over power him? Or use your powers to extend your powers beyond the year?? haha something to consider...

Its a powerful demon though who is striking this deal with you, the powers you recieve are something he from the other side is capable of bestowing upon a human for a certain price. Dont you think if he were capable of granting so much power to a single person that his own powers would be so immense and his intellect so great that he couldnt possible be tricked?MuddVader

Not really, clearly he isn't all that powerful if he ultimately needs a body to control and actually needs to strike a deal rather than just taking over someone's body. Also sometimes the smartest demons think of everything except the smallest detail like being able to extend your year lol

^It would be hard but since he's a demon, he would probably destroy the world anyway and that's a selfish way to go out, enjoying a great year and then the end of the world 12 months later.
