Did not hurt at all.
I went out to eat and to a movie after it was over.

1. you get a small needle that numbs the area (like at the dentist)
2. is a big needle (like 10 inches)...I am like that could go in one end and out the other LOL...but it goes into each tube...you can feel it, but not pain...like someone moving around a vein or something
3. small opening...like the width of a pen
4. pull out one tube, snip, burn, repeat (smells like steak and you can see the smoke)
5. burn shut
6. done

It is more awkward and nerve racking than anything
1. you are in gyno straps with your stuff all out
2. they wash you up all over down there
3. it is cold in there (Seinfeld episode reference)
4. they strap your thing out of the way
5. the size of the needle made me want to faint

All in all very easy
-little pain
-took a week off work (worked in a tire shop at the time ) and a week off form the gym
-your stuff is different though after :?

It does not "feel" different
-though you are sore down there for a couple months when you go (you are still producing, but the little guys have no where to go...so full at the inn so to speak)

Your stuff is different though (feels the same as far as sensation, just different as far as substance)
-little guys not in it anymore...so more watery if that makes sense
