This is what I want to know to. Seeing as how that the law doesn't consider a developing fetus a human being yet, it seems like he should be charged with assault.

I wrote about it in a previous post: The court declared that in the state of massachusettes that if a fetus is beyond the second trimester of pregnancy, it is declared a living human and is subject to the rights a baby has. It is a state law.

"Abstinance only" shouldn't be the only thing taught :| I think its bad parenting by him, and his parents for not teaching him how to act like a decent ****ing individual.

Seriously, we had one of those stupid abstinence groups at out school recently and they actually told everyone that birth control is bad for them, condoms never work, and that you can never have safe sex unless your married... what a great thing to teach kids.

In theory, its a great practice. but in all actuality, very few people practice abstinence until marriage.

I don't really see it that shocking. In terms of how much humans hurt each other.. it's quit predictiable actualy. This has nothing to do with me saying such behavior is acceptable. Just the fact that something like this is not worthy of news. If so all news stories can be easily reported in a few words.

Human(s) hurts other human(s).

As you can see I'm a genius and have now just wrote every major news story of the year with one slight expection.

Capitlist Corperation made 500 billion dollars, not enough, wants more.

Again as you can see pure genius.

Anyways, I do have sympathy and empathy for human begins, but there is of little value saying how horrible that is as you are not the victim and don't need my emotions.

Don't get me wrong, this is a terrible action, but there is nothing that any of us could do about it.

you dont have to post what other people are posting, hell you could spin off into why Juno could get picture of the year, but dont be posting stuff that can get you moderated. Of course there isnt anything you could do about it. It's news! All you could do is discuss the actions, similar actions, or whatever in a sense so that you could take away beneficial knowledge about it and how wrong it is. I'm just saying.

it's not the mods who report you, its other users who find it offensive. And if you get moderated it doesnt necessarily mean your wrong, but you arent allowed to express offensive opinions on things. They arent picky. They follow the TOU, and users follow it to. I didnt report you or BD, i thought it was kinda funny, but it is offensive content.
