Proof that this 'god' does not exist...

Hello there, if you entered this topic hoping to prove or disprove God then too bad. If you are a Christian/Jew/Muslim and you are reading this then please don't ever click on these topics you it will only bring you anger and except that you can't convince people over the internet, if you are an Atheist and you are reading this then never make these topics because at the end of the end of your life you will realize that you spent the majority of your life trying to disprove something and making people stereotype all atheists as being jerks with nothing better to do, so you only hurt yourself making these topics. Please listen. If you continue to seek externally for god you will look forever and find nothing. Take a look on the inside, and realize you are living God every moment you draw breath, every time you look at the stars, every single minute on this tiny earth, so are the trillions of other species though out the universe, so are the rocks and the water, the trees and the sun. Understand that all is god and god is nothing. It will be a great help to you I promise. Just don't open any sort of "holy book" unless you want witty catechisms such as "do unto others as you would want done unto yourself"

Sorry, but neither you, nor anyone on this site who isn't an administrator will be able to eradicate "God exists/God doesn't exist" threads.

And, by creating this, I can guarantee that someone's going to hijack it and turn it into one of those threads.

That being said, I don't enjoy them, simply because any proof that someone can give for or against the existance of God is not reliable. God, as described in every monotheistic holy book, is omnipotent, omniscient, etc. For something to be all-anything, be it powerful, knowing, etc., it must be irrational, because to be all-anything implies that one is infinitely powerful or knowing. Seeing as how the concept of infinity is irrational, the principle of omni-whatever is irrational, therefore a being described as such, and without proof to say that they are or are not omni-whatever, is irrational. In God, there is no proof, therefore the description of God in whatever monotheistic holy book you care to name, must be taken at face value.

I don't like how people presume that because of your religion that means you will be offended or you do beleive in God... (that sounded wrong but whatever :lol: )

I am a christian and the majority of people were I live are, I live like 10 seconds from a church but I aint stepped foot in it for like 5 years, if you come to me and say jesus didn't exist or god doesn't exist i'm not gunna cry about it and quite frankly I'd be like why are you telling me this, I don't care. So please don't presume that all christians carry a bible around and are constantly in a church praying or whatever... I dunno maybe other parts of the world that is what they do but that's definitly not 'normal' here.

Woah, your barely a christian, I'm Catholic and I go to church every sunday, but I'm not the best Christian.I believe in God but I sin ALOT, but I have made the 3 sacraments and I do go to confession on easer, any reason why you haven't gone in 5 years?

I think that Atheists and Christians are the same in many ways.

You're no more of a christian yourself. Just because you go to church, perform sacraments, etc, etc does not make you christian if you blatently admit that you sin alot and think that confessing your sins and committing them over again make you pure.

you think I want to sin? I don't its human nature thats why there are the ten commandments to tell us not to do it because we do it anyways,ifall christians were good then there wouldn't be a need for the bible or confession,and I don't think confessing purifys me if I do it again.
