I never sync my music. I just drag the tracks from my computer to the iPod, no syncing needed. This way, I can add songs from another computer without having to delete the ones that are already stored on my iPod.iArab
yeah i tried to drag my songs to the ipod, and there's a sign that comes up that wont let me add the tracks...

That's never happened to me before and i've put songs onto my iPod from at least 5-6 different computers. :?What does the sign say?

That's odd, i'd expect it to be a triangle with an ! in the middle which is known as a caution sign. I only get the sign you posted when my iPod is connected to my computer but it has to do with not disconnecting the iPod until it has been ejected from iTunes.
I would love to help but I have no idea how to fix your problem, hopefully someone else can be more helpful then I was.

sorry bud, cant tell ya, not sure how to find that out :(... the onyl thing i do know is that i'm using my cd's (not burned, store bought)
You're ripping them from the CD using iTunes right? If so, then they are .MP3 and they shouldn't cause any problems.Please Log In to post.
