I'm afraid of hospitals and crowds as well I think it's called Nosocomephobia and Enochlophobia as well as Limnophobia- Fear of lakes.

Im scared of the deep blue too, same reason as you guys

also as a child, whenever I played video games that had large underwater areas with some supposed water creature id be scared out of my mind (Donkey Kong 64 comes to mind)
