that was great but there are different ways to compose music rap focuses on the lyrics just as much as it does on the production but just because producers don't use traditional instruments doesn't make their work any less amazing.

click the link and listen to walk like a man and tell me that doesn't take talent to make. the lyrics(the way he paints a picture in your head) and the production which matches the tone of each "chapter" perfectly
I think that took much more talent to make than pretty much any song I have ever heard within the Genre of heavy metal. True, lyrics are crucial to a good song most of the time, but something I have never really cared for about Rap music is the lack of progressive composition. I do think good lyrics are hard to write. But something I prefer about Classical music and Rock music is the change in songs. Many song I like contain overtures, followed by songs that will sometimes change the scales, speed and sometimes can easily flow into a much more different sound. For instance, Eric Clapton hit with Derek And The Dominos' "Layla" ,which starts out with electric D minor, but ends with a Piano coda in major, which was beautifully flowed into.
Rock music isn't as hard to write as Classical Music, however there are usually more instruments which have to be composed for.Rap does have some improvisation, on the other hand. Classical music has VERY little, which I consider to be a minor flaw. Rock music tends to contain the most.
