There is an equal ammount of crap in every genre...except country, which is all crap.

which is usually mainstream stuff like that. Not saying there's not good stuff, i just don't try to find it :P

Rock, mainly. Rock has had a longer history, and as such, has had the greater opportunity of having great artists.

Rap, on the other hand, has suffered from having prominent artists who do not fully realize the potential of the genre. >_>

Though someone posted a thread about 'good underground artists' and linked a few. I clicked on the first link, and I wasn't impressed at all.

I do recall listening to a Tupac song, and I did greatly like it, however.

I didn't say anything generalizing about it. I only said I dislike it and think it's all crap. Which is my opinion.
