Notorious - Seeing as I am a quite a big fan of his music, I might be a little biased but I thought it was a pretty good movie.

8/10

At first I had no idea what you were talking about, because I thought you were talking about Hitchcock film.

Nopers! Although there is an old man in the pic, he's not nearly much of a central character in Oranges. :P Indeed The Crowd was an amazing film from what I remember, but I haven't caught a viewing of it since my early college days so I'm a tad rusty on my impression these days. Man they really need to get more of his films in print and release a bloody box set or something. It's very frustrating trying to track down his films.

I watched Wet Hot American Summer last night(yeah, I know, it's not quite summer anymore).

I would give that movie a 5/5. Great cult comedy. I love every moment of that thing.

What a fantastic name.

Indeed it is but I think that mystery writer Brad Thor still owns the "most manly name ever" award.

I know what you mean I had to watch it threw youtube and I felt lucky doing that. It seems like the problem with a lot of great classic silent films I have been wanting to watch Greed for the longest time but I just don't know where to get a copy, a used VHS copy is 40 bucks for crying out loud! I guess I should watch it threw youtube, it will be annoying switching threw 30-40 ten minute parts though. >_>

Transformers 2 -- 4/10

Too many plotholes, numerous stupid facepalm moments, a very abrupt climax (much like the original), and too many pointless "driving around in the desert" scenes pretty much drag a mindless action movie even further down into the pit of mediocrity.

At least my sister and I had fun randomly shouting TF2 Heavy Weapons Guy quotes during the action scenes...

Halloween 2.

I suppose its simply worth a rental. I usually don't bother with horror movies, but my brother talked me into it.

Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince, it was significantly darker than the previous films in the series. I thoroughly enjoyed it throughout the entire duration time.

The characters were believable, the plot was brilliant, and the directing was the best I've seen in a long time. It also had a great soundtrack, sounded a lot like John William's work. Overall, I would give it a 4.5/5.

49th parallel 7.5/10

Following 9/10 Easily the second best Nolan film behind Memento. Very underappreciated.

Halloween 2. I'd give it an 8/10. It was more just unnecessarily violent than scary or anything and way over the top dramatic. I didn't think it was that bad though, there were a few things I found interesting about it.
