With a name like Key-Dollar Sign-Ha, how much do you expect her to be rated?

She is part of the better half of mainstream pop.

Bardock47

She's part of the better half? Wow I would hate to hear the worse half of mainstream pop musi.

I don't really care for pop:P.

It's just weird to hear that Kesha is the better half. To me, she is the absolute bottom of the totem poll.

I think the best pop came out decades back (Madonna, Michael Jackson, Prince, Janet Jackson, New Jack Swing, seventies/sixties pop, stuff like that) When I think of the better half of nowaday's pop, I think of Kanye West and Lady Gaga, etc.

:?

Just of curiosity, who else do you place in the better half of mainstream pop and who is in the "worser half"?

GreySeal9

When I say 'better half' I mean artist that can carry a catchy beat in most of their songs, and not make me wanna change the radio station, unlike the lower half. Either way, my kniwledge of pop music is limited. I don't really care most pop in general....simply she is the one of thebest of a bad situation.

But who specifically is in the lower half?

Is there anybody else that you think is in the upper half?

Justin Bieber is the first to come to mind with lower half. i don't really know, if i hear something on the radio when I'm in the car with my sister. I'll ether think, 'this mainstreampop kinda sucks", while the next song could be "this mainstream pop sucks less, and has a half decent beat' it just happens tat Kesha falls into the latter more often, and i can recognize most of her stuff.

I'd agree with Lady gaga, haven't heard much of kanye to make a judgement

Fair enough.

I can see how someone might find Kesha more tolerable than Bieber.

Sing Talk pretty much sums up Ke$ha in one song. I saw her perform on a late night show (Jimmy Fallon?) though and was surprised she wasn't at least dancing. I couldn't believe it, zero talent. I would give her credit for fooling a lot of people into buying her...product, but I'm sure that was just successful marketing.

0/10. She is everything bad about music. Hyperbole, but fitting.

Awful voice, awful songs and I honestly don't see what makes her so damn appealing to others. There is much better pop artists than her IMO.
