I just had a differential equations midterm. I was actually allowed to use notes and a graphing calculator. \o/ That's pretty unusual for a math class. I've also been reading a lot, too, like about some things going in the world. Specifically, I've been reading about the stuff going in North Korea. I was glad to find out that the people of North Korea are getting more and more open about their displeasure with Kim Jong-un, the current ruler. ^^ So the world isn't 100% terrible.

No super calculators for use here :{ they are dis pleasured?why? No one actually likes Kim Jong-un - those who claim to like him are just scared of being persecuted, because Kim Jong-un is a brutal dictator. He, like the rulers before him, emphasizes spending 60% of North Korea's GDP on military expeditures at the expense of necessities for the people of North Korea. It's so bad that the country actually asks for handouts from countries like Japan and the USA. The country is needy just because of spending too much money on the military. Even the rich people in North Korea can barely afford rice, and the government has recently decided that anyone who is caught stealing rice will be shot by the police.
And that's not all - the people whom the rulers don't like, such as mere dissidents and people who complain about government policies, are sent to concentration camps where they are basically enslaved and have very few rights. They face immense torture merely for not being in total agreement with the state. As an example of torture, children are subject to torture and lethal beatings if they disobey the authorities. I heard of a 9-year-old girl who was beaten to death for keeping rice in her pocket - she was starving and wanted to save some food for herself. And the authorities have no interest in treating the prisoners as human beings - there are numerous reports of sudden executions and incidents of sexual assault (some women have even been raped in public in those camps). They happen every single day. Finally, the prisoners aren't even given enough necessities to survive; for a child to find something more nutritious than a rat is rare.
It's a really bad situation, and I'm happy to hear that the people of North Korea, after being suppressed for so long, are now starting to speak out in spite of the danger of being persecuted by the government.
sorry that was long hehe ^^
TL;DR joke =o What....the....eff? O_O These people need to,idk, attack everything all at once! Just...someone make that stop! Itis too much!
