yeah i know, breast cancer is a huge killer in the US, so having to think about that throughout the whole day worried me while i was at work, but i'm glad it's over now

hmmmm, well i say take a few deep breasts to help out your lungs at first, if you have a blood pressure monitor at home, use it on yourself, you might wanna check your blood pressure as that's a huge factor to see if anything is wrong with you, if so, go to a doctor ASAP (yes its kinda late now, depending on what timezone you currently in, but it's better to take care of that now than wait)
