1. She probably has a boyfriend. I'd be surprised if she didn't.

2. She's way too good for me.

3. If i did ask her she'd reject based on points 1 and/or 2

4. If by some miracle these previous points are false and i managed it. She'd dump me/cheat on me and i'd see her every day. Can't imagine how awkward that would be.

Plus i can tell just when i talk to her, she's nice to me but doesn't really engage me or get into a real chat with me, its more casual courtesy i think.
