That's how I am. If I don't do some physical activity, I won't be tired for a long time. Your body must get used to hard work after a while.

It kind of makes sense. Maybe it'd get used to not doing anything if I didn't do anything for a long time, but by sleeping half-decently then not doing many physically or mentally intensive things all day, it'd make sense to have a bunch of extra energy that'cha don't use. Whatever 'energy' is. :p
